At Aaron Acceptance we will approve your loan in one day, or less, based upon the information you provide us with. Of course, we must confirm the value of your property by having an accredited Market Value Appraisal completed on your property and we must confirm the current balances owing under any mortgages, or liens registered on your property. With banks it may take up to 2 weeks for you to get an appointment with a loan officer and it could take 6 to 8 weeks more to find out if your loan application has been approved or rejected.
